Should I make an appointment?

Since you are browsing our website, chances are you may need to see a podiatrist. If that’s the case, you should call in advance, speak to our friendly front desk and schedule an appointment or simply book online.

Do I need a referral to get an appointment?

No.

What should I bring for the consultation?

If you have x-rays, MRI, or CT scans of your feet, please bring them. If the problem involves your leg, foot, or back, it would be beneficial to also bring the shoes you normally wear.

Can I claim podiatry treatment on my private health insurance plan?

Yes, if you have opted for that coverage. Please call your insurance company to confirm before the scheduled appointment.

Does the consultation hurt?

In all likelihood, no. The consultation is non-invasive in nature.

What should I wear for the consultation?

You should wear anything that’s comfortable and not too tight below the knee. Wear shoes and socks but avoid wearing stockings if possible.

How much does the first appointment cost?

Your first appointment will cost between $88 – $95, depending on the type of appointment and the type of treatment required. This includes a thorough consultation, interview, diagnosis, screening, and initial treatment if time allows. Once we identify the underlying cause of your issues, we will create a comprehensive treatment plan to get your body and feet healthy again.

Do you accept Health Funds?

Yes! We accept all HICAPS registered funds most will cover this cost partially (usually between $18 – $45) and you can check with your health fund.
